What This Is:

Physical History and Economics (PHE) strives to derive social science from physics. Since the laws of physics are observed to be invariant across time and space, PHE can be utilized to analyze any society, whether in Europe, Asia or across the galaxy, whether in the past, present or future, and compare any of these with any other.

The thermodynamic Fast Entropy approach enables PHE, although many other field such as psychology, economics, sociology, history, chemistry and biology bear upon PHE as well. PHE does not replace traditional social sciences, but rather provides a unifying framework.

July 22, 2010: Announcing History Dynamics, A Scientific Almanac of Human History.

History Dynamics, A Scientific Almanac of Human History, graphically portrays and compares power profiles for major dynasties around the world such as in England, France, Spain, Russia, China, India, the Middle East and West Africa.

After reading History Dynamics, you will view history in a whole new way. You will see history as the struggle of human psychology against the drive of macro-environmental forces. If you are concerned regarding the sustainability of society, History Dynamics is a must read, even if the lessons are not pleasant. (This approach is also espoused in the freely-downloadable e-book, Physical History and Economics, 2nd Edition).

While History Dynamics does not contain maps or a lot of fancy graphics, it does contains numerous graphs to help build perspective on major human societies over time and their impact upon each other in terms of power. This approach is experimental, and is still being developed. However, History Dynamics will provide you with a state-of-the-art, comprehensive view as it presently stands.

History Dynamics is not voluminous. This first edition may only be a few dozen pages. However, the science behind History Dynamics represents thirty years of effort, and this e-book represents considerable additional effort. The price of this e-book is necessary to help fund the time spent to create it.
